So, you want to buy a house? What do you do now? Technology has presented the consumers of real estate with hundreds of choices to search for homes. However, they all present a different format and can be very confusing for uneducated and/or inexperienced consumers. Many times, consumers will attend an open house unrepresented and meet a Real Estate Agent whom they connect with and agree to work with. Otherwise, they might receive a referral from and friend or family member to an agent they know. Regardless, they should now be working with a licensed professional who is acting on their behalf. Searching for and sending properties, setting up and attending home showings, ensuring they are prepared financially with a lender, writing offers and advising on the terms, and much, much, more!
