Don't want to live in a house you own? That's OK!

More often than not, you will hear people say that home ownership is a must! Stop making landlords rich and get your piece of the so called, "American Dream". In theory, I guess that sounds good but the truth is... not everyone wants to deal with the hassle of living in a home that they own. The constant maintenance struggle, utility bills, inability to leave for long periods of time, and just feeling downright stuck in one spot are enough reasons to turn away many people.

With that being said, what about an alternative? Rather than buying a home for yourself, buy a home for others to rent from you! You can still enjoy renting a home or apartment wherever you want to live, but still own a piece of real estate that is yours, and someone else pays for. Investing in real estate doesn't have to be stressful and there are many property management companies that will (for a fee), help you manage your real estate portfolio.
